applicable to the smooth running of the Records Section of the
school.
They are supplied in the Adobe "Portable Document Format" (pdf)
and are readable by most computer operating systems.
The software is
free and must be installed in the computer. If you do not have this
software installed on your computer, please click on this link and you
will be taken to the site that allows you to install the program on
your computer. This is a once only install and once installed,
you will be able to read "Portable Document Format" files from many
sources on the Internet.
Once you have opened the Form, the way to
